Research catalog questions
Quick, factual answers about current availability, documentation and how PurePeak handles discrepancies.
Can I place an order?
Online ordering is currently unavailable. The catalog is provided for reference while the business completes product, operational, payment and compliance reviews. A listed item is not necessarily available or released.
What does research use only mean?
The catalog is intended for lawful laboratory research. It is not intended for human consumption, human or animal administration, self-experimentation, cosmetic application or clinical use. A checked age acknowledgment is not purchaser or laboratory verification. See the Research-use Policy.
Does a displayed report mean the vial is independently tested?
Not necessarily. Supplier-provided documentation and independently commissioned laboratory reports are not the same. Check the report issuer, batch identifier, provenance and testing limitations. A report is evidence about a tested sample, not proof of sterility, regulatory approval or human-use suitability. Review the documentation guide.
How do I check a PurePeak lot?
Enter the exact PurePeak lot code on the public lot lookup. An unpublished or missing record must not be interpreted as a release. If a product label, lot code or document disagrees with another, request clarification before relying on it.
Are displayed quantities and prices final?
Any prelaunch pricing or quantity examples are preliminary until product identity, batch release and transaction policies are reviewed. A catalog illustration does not confirm what physical vial is in stock.
Do you offer shipping or returns yet?
We are evaluating UPS, FedEx and USPS as possible U.S. shipment providers for eligible materials. USPS is not necessarily suitable or authorized for every material or packaging method, and a shipping quote is not a mailability determination. Shipment services, cold-chain requirements and return conditions remain under review. Checkout is unavailable, so no carrier service, delivery time or shipping rate is presently offered.
Can an independent researcher request purchasing access?
Independent researchers may submit an eligibility inquiry describing legitimate nonclinical laboratory work. An inquiry does not create an account, authorize a purchase, or bypass product-specific laws and business requirements.
How can I ask about a record?
Use the contact page to submit a question. Messages are recorded in a private support inbox; an outbound mailbox and notification configuration may still be in progress. Do not include health information, payment information, identity documents or passwords in a general inquiry.
