Information used by the website

Public browsing: the hosting and security service receives network information needed to deliver requests, which may include IP address, browser information, requested path, time and security signals. Entering a lot code sends that code to the server to find a published record. Do not enter a name, email, health information or other personal information in the lot field. Catalog search and category filtering run in the browser on the loaded catalog.

Visitor acknowledgment: the current entry form uses checkbox state in the browser. The application does not create a named visitor account, retain a server-side acceptance record, or place an acceptance cookie for this form. The acknowledgment resets on reload. Public content is available whether or not it is submitted. It is not identity or age verification.

Contact inquiries: the contact form sends your name, email, subject and message to the private support inbox. Authorized staff use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. No automatic reply or order is created. An hourly pseudonymous network key is used to limit repeated submissions; rate-limit records are removed after two hours when the form is used. Do not include health information, payment details or identification documents.

Staff operations: authorized staff sign in through Cloudflare Access. The application uses their authenticated email and records staff actions. Operational records can contain business contacts, recipient contact and shipping details, transaction references and uploaded documentation entered by staff. Private records are not included in the public catalog.

Purposes and service providers

Information is used to deliver the website, protect access, answer lot queries, maintain operational records and investigate errors or misuse. Cloudflare provides hosting, access security, database and document storage for this deployment. Its services may process information in locations different from yours. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own processing.

The application does not include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, newsletter enrollment or checkout payment collection. It does not implement a sale-of-personal-information feature. Server or account-level services may have separate settings, including access logs and security cookies. Staff authentication uses session mechanisms required for access.

Retention and protection

Different records serve different purposes: operational records support traceability and audit history, and authentication or security logs support access protection. This notice does not promise a uniform retention period or immediate deletion from every backup. Applicable legal obligations and security needs can affect retention. The operator must manage provider settings and records accordingly.

Private application routes require authentication and document downloads require authorized staff access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information in notes or documents.

Questions and privacy requests

You can submit a privacy question or request through the contact form. Requests are placed in the private support inbox for staff review. The operator must confirm its legal identity and operational contact arrangements before public sales. If you already have an established business contact with PurePeak, you may use that channel to raise an access, correction, deletion or security concern. Do not send passwords, identity documents or medical information through an unverified channel.

Rights may vary by location and the circumstances of processing. Requests may require proportionate identity verification, and legal exceptions may apply. This notice does not waive applicable rights. The site is intended for adults 21 and older; it does not offer child accounts or invite children to submit information.

Changes to this notice

New analytics, advertising, customer accounts, qualification forms or payment tools require an updated notice and any required choices before they are enabled. Material updates should be communicated through an appropriate notice. A visitor’s acknowledgment of this version is not consent to unrelated future processing.
